Es el permiso retribuido y autorizado por la empresa a un trabajador, para la realización de un curso, dirigido a la obtención de un título oficial (título publicado en un Boletín Oficial).
Se bonificará los costes salariales correspondientes a las horas (tanto tiempo lectivo como de desplazamiento) que el trabajador invierta en asistir a la formación durante su jornada laboral.
Asimismo, se podrán imputar como horas laborales, las horas de descanso en el supuesto de trabajador nocturno.
Tu empresa dispondrá de un crédito adicional de hasta un 5% de su crédito anual para acciones formativas. Si el coste de los permisos supera este 5%, el crédito adicional será el equivalente al de los costes salariales de los permisos que comunique, con los siguientes límites:200 horas para empresas de 1 a 9 trabajadores
El límite está en 200 horas por permiso y curso académico o año natural.
No necesariamente, puede ser objeto tanto de desarrollo técnico-profesional como formación personal del trabajador.
Tu empresa debe poner a disposición de los trabajadores que lo requieran el modelo de solicitud de concesión del permiso, qué el trabajador cumplimentará y entregará para que ésta lo conserve por si le fuera requerido.
Si la empresa deniega la autorización para realizar un PIF a un trabajador, ésta debe estar suficientemente motivada por razones organizativas o de producción.
Sí, al igual que en las acciones formativas, hay que informar antes del inicio del disfrute del permiso a la Representación Legal de los Trabajadores.
Las comunicaciones de inicio y finalización de los permisos, al igual que de las acciones formativas, se realizarán a través de la aplicación de bonificaciones.
Las bonificaciones se podrán aplicar a medida que se abonen los salarios de los trabajadores que disfruten los permisos, o bien, a la finalización del mismo.
En todo caso, al finalizar el año en curso, habrá que comunicar la finalización del permiso a través de la aplicación telemática.
La bonificación equivaldrá a los costes salariales (sueldo base, antigüedad, complementos fijos y pagas extraordinarias) y las cotizaciones devengadas a la Seguridad Social durante el periodo del permiso, de las horas laborales que el trabajador invierta en su formación, con el límite de las 200 horas por año académico o natural.
